Can you hold a property for me?

No. Properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis once a completed application and supporting documents are submitted. We recommend applying as soon as possible to secure your home.

What move-in costs are required?

In accordance with Ontario rental guidelines, standard move-in costs require payment of first and last month’s rent prior to key handover.

How old do I need to be to apply?

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding Ontario residential lease agreement.

Who needs a cosigner?

A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not fully meet standard income, credit, or rental history requirements. Cosigners must pass financial screening and sign a guarantor agreement.

How do I apply?

Applications are submitted directly online through our website. You will complete a digital application and upload supporting documentation, including proof of income and government ID.

How do I pay rent?

All rent payments are handled conveniently through your secure Rentvine Tenant Portal. You can make one-time payments or set up automated bank transfers.

What is your pet policy?

Please contact C12 management before bringing a pet into the home. While Ontario law generally permits pets, specific condominium corporation rules or property declarations may apply.

Who handles repairs and maintenance?

C12 handles all routine property maintenance and repairs. Simply submit a maintenance request through your Tenant Portal. Tenants are only held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
